Page Personnel
- Oversee the planning and progress of daily incoming goods and outgoing orders
- Determine the required deployment of personnel and resources on a daily basis
- Lead a team of foremen and warehouse employees, including recruitment, training, coaching and performance evaluation
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to warehouse personnel and monitor progress;
- Initiate and lead regular work meetings
- Motivate the team to achieve high performance and cooperation
- Perform quality and safety controls and monitor agreed KPIs
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and work regulations to maximise efficiency and productivity
- Place orders for required materials and respond to operational needs
- Proactively respond to irregularities and inform the customer in a timely manner if required
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective manner in accordance with customer requirements.

Minimal mbo education level.
At least 3 years work experience in a similar management position.
In possession of a forklift and reach truck certificate.
Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
- Salary up to 4.000,- gross
