ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Documentation & Reporting

· Complete all required paperwork and system updates accurately and in a timely manner.

· Record root causes and corrective actions for exceptions where required.

· Support preparation of exception or discrepancy reports for internal or client use.

General

· Support training of new operators on exception processes.

· Perform other duties consistent with the role as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Stand or sit for long periods of time

Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance

Regularly lift and/or move 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand

Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

Experience in a warehouse or contract logistics environment, preferably within e-commerce.

Working knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control processes.

Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Customer-focused with strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

Consistently at work on time.

Working Environment

E-commerce contract logistics warehouse

Shift work may be required depending on operational demands

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Three years related experience preferred.

Minimum one year industry experience preferred.

CERIFICATION AND LICENSES.

Must be forklift certified.
