Essential Job Functions
Must meet unit quality and productivity metrics.
Complete and check paperwork thoroughly and promptly.
Acts as primary contact with client on site and is available to the client for escalation when necessary
Work as intermediary for communication between client and their operations teams and Crane Worldwide network
Escalate all issues with a shipment immediately to the client to ensure prompt resolution
Manage all client requests and follow ups to ensure that client needs are met
Out-of-hours work required once monthly covering time-sensitive evening, night and weekend operational duties
Responsible for managing client reports and assuring stock accuracy
Other duties as assigned

Stand or sit for long periods of time
Reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch and frequently required to climb or balance
Regularly lift and/or move 20 kilograms and occasionally lift and/or move 20 kilograms by hand

High attention to detail in reviewing stock and identifying discrepancies
Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.

Excellent communication skills in liaising with clients
Education & Experience
Three years related experience preferred.
Minimum one year industry experience preferred.
Must have own transport and a full, clean driving license
Forklift certification preferable but not required
