As team leader, you are responsible for the daily operation and management of your team. You will set up procedures, standardize the process, train your team, manage your team, and check rules and regulations. You are also responsible for the achievement of KPI goals, which are set with the customer.
You will work in shifts of 06:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 00:00 and 21:00 to 06:00, for which you will receive allowances. Get the chance to get a contract at GXO.
