From our office in Oud Gastel, we build the software that makes this data accessible through portals, dashboards, APIs, and platforms. The company is Python‑focused, working with Django, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. /p h3About the Role /h3 pYou will lead a team of 4 to 6 developers, reporting to the Head of Technology. Daily, you set direction and priorities, translate organisational objectives into technical execution, propose solutions, and guide the team. You coach and support developers’ growth and actively contribute to development work. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liBuild applications using Python, Django, and FastAPI /li liLead the development team: set priorities, track progress, maintain quality /li liPropose technical approaches and collaborate on architecture and implementation /li liDesign and optimize data models in PostgreSQL /li liConduct code reviews and enforce code quality standards /li liCoach and mentor developers, fostering their professional growth /li liTranslate business requirements into technical solutions /li /ul h3How We Work /h3 pThe team uses Claude Code and other AI tooling daily.
