A fast‑growing international organisation is seeking a Senior Consultant Finance Systems Implementation to join their NetSuite consulting team in The Netherlands. You’ll analyse financial processes, implement cloud ERP solutions, and work closely with clients to optimise and scale their finance operations. You’ll be involved across full‑cycle ERP and SuiteApp implementations, shaping how customers modernise their systems.
In this role, you guide clients through the entire ERP lifecycle: process analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go‑live, and ongoing optimisation. You’ll work with a European team of consultants and developers, supporting ambitious, fast‑moving companies adopting cloud‑based financial systems.
The role combines finance process knowledge, ERP implementation expertise, and strong communication. You stay involved post‑go‑live to ensure continuous improvement and long‑term system value.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse financial processes and identify bottlenecks
- Design best‑fit NetSuite & SuiteApp solutions
- Advise on CoA, AP/AR, fixed assets, intercompany, AP matching
- Develop corporate reporting models
- Support planning & budgeting process setup
- Configure financial processes and document customisations
- Support data migration, testing, UAT, training, and go‑live
- Optimise customer environments post‑implementation
- Contribute to SuiteApp product development
- Expand internal and customer NetSuite knowledge
- Spot new opportunities and coordinate with Account Management
Minimum requirements:
- Degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, Audit, or similar
- 5+ years’ experience as ERP Consultant or core user
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Infor, JD Edwards)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proactive, hands‑on, and collaborative
- Quick learner, strong communicator, team player
- Native Dutch + fluent English
- Based in the Netherlands
