KWS Benelux is looking for a Lead of Product Management & Agroservice to join our team! This position, based in Roosendaal , leads a dynamic team of Product Managers and Agroservice Specialists to provide the best possible sales and customer support. This role is pivotal in driving the development of cross-crop tools and services, maintaining a comprehensive portfolio across all crops, and providing technical support to optimize usage for both the sales organization and customers. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing business opportunities across all new KWS initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead, empower, and develop the team to ensure optimal sales and customer support.

  • Ensure effective portfolio management and technical support across all crops.

  • Drive the development and management of cross-crop tools and services.

  • Deliver content to the marketing department for tool promotion and marketing materials.

  • Drive the change process towards a customer-centric organization.

  • Provide regular training for the technical education of the sales team.

  • Oversee product management functions, including testing, trialing, portfolio steering, and registration.

  • Plan and align trials, trainings, and activities with the budget.

  • Optimize product and service offers to deliver maximum value to customers.

  • Maintain relations and coordinate with international Product Managers, breeders, and local teams to support business activities.

  • Provide targeted tools, services, and content for specific grower groups.

  • Your profile:

  • University degree in agriculture and/or management/marketing.

  • Several years of experience as a product manager.

  • Proven experience in leading a team. 

  • Knowledge of the seed industry or, alternatively experience in fertilizers or crop protection.

  • Proven management, marketing & sales skills (tools, strategies, techniques).

  • Fluent in English and Dutch (verbal and written), French is a plus. 

  • Able to be in office in Roosendaal 3 days a week and an additional day on the road within the Benelux.
