Functieomschrijving
As inventory supervisor you:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of stock movements.
Provide coaching, on-the-job guidance, and feedback to improve accuracy and process compliance.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure stock availability.
Support stock audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Provide regular updates on inventory performance to management.
Profiel
A successful inventory supervisor should have:
Experience in the logistics sector or a related field.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
An organised and detail-oriented approach to work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Aanbod

A yearly salary between 45.000 to 60.000 including holiday allowance, depending on experience and qualifications.
