Responsible for relationship alignment and network penetration. Acts as client advocate and strongly influences both internal and external decision makers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSCreates Value Propositioning and drives solutions. Provides, documents, and reviews one strategic solution per client managed in their book of business per quarter.Acts as main liaison between client and CWW network.Internal and external business reviews on a monthly basis.Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.Creates and deploys SOP to respective origin/destination points. Obtains sign off both internally and externally.Manages RCCA process and drive continuous improvement.Participates in and manages quoting process.Engages with Implementation Managers for all new business.Manages anomaly and exception reports both financial and operational.Drives cross selling opportunitiesDefines/documents and gains sign off on Scope of Work both internally and externally.Manages and Drives Company mandated ROTP.Maintains invoicing requirements contained within the SOP with DD and Regional Director Account Management signature.Collaborates with stations and client to build a healthy and steady collectionsMaintain AR below percentage in accordance with company goal.Responsible for driving 10% Net Revenue growth YOY for respective book of business.Other duties as assignedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSTalking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipmentVision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focusOTHER SKILLS/ABILITIESExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong ability to manage complex internal and external networksAbility to react quickly to changing needs/situationsDemonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniquesExcellent organization and problem solving skillsFunction well both independently and in a team settingAbility to travel both International and DomesticEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School or relevant experienceBachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 5 years related experienceMinimum 4 years industry experience preferredCERTIFICATIONS AND LICENCESProfessional certification may be required in some areasDisclaimer:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this position.
