Job Title: Account Coordinator
Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries, providing tailored services to address our clients’ logistics challenges.
The Account Coordinator serves as a primary business contact for the client, responsible for client satisfaction and representing client needs within the organization to ensure quality. The role involves building strong relationships with clients to foster new and repeat business opportunities.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responding to customer requests.
- Managing orders from release to invoice.
- Handling inbound order processing and coordinating rescheduling if inbound exceeds forecast.
- Managing outbound transport, including FCA/DDP/DAP shipments, pre-alerts, T1 documentation, and truck arrangements.
- Maintaining weekly reports and providing updates to clients on order status.
- Preparing input for customer presentations.
- Communicating KPI issues to the Account Manager and Operations Manager.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical Requirements:
- Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment.
- Vision abilities, including close vision and focus adjustment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial experience.
- Strong knowledge of 3PL logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships.
- Attention to detail.
