The Workforce Administration & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing workforce administration, time & attendance processes, agency labour governance, and labour cost controls within a fast-paced operational environment.

Acting as a key link between Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, and labour providers, this role ensures accurate workforce data, compliance with company policies and Dutch employment legislation, and effective control of labour costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the UKG/Kronos Time & Attendance system.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, absences, and workforce data accuracy.
  • Validate agency worker hours and attendance records.
  • Manage agency labour administration, onboarding, and utilisation reporting.
  • Oversee self-billing processes and reconcile labour provider statements.
  • Review and verify agency invoices, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
  • Produce workforce, labour cost, attendance, and productivity reports.
  • Support compliance with labour legislation, agency worker regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain workforce records and support internal and external audits.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, and labour providers to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in workforce administration, payroll, labour planning, operations support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with Time & Attendance systems (UKG/Kronos preferred).
  • Experience working with temporary labour agencies and labour cost administration.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.

Desirable

  • Experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments.
  • Knowledge of Dutch labour legislation and temporary labour regulations.
  • Experience with self-billing processes and workforce reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning and labour cost control.
